Kalku Refund Policy — v1.4 (Beta)

Annual Subscription Refunds
Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund. No questions, no conditions. Contact support or request via the app.
After 7 days: Pro-rated refund based on unused annual capacity remaining at the time of the request:
refund_amount = (annual_units_remaining / annual_units_allocated) × annual_price_ngn
Example: Nepo plan (₦30,000/year, 5,000 units). On day 60, you've used 500 units (4,500 remaining).
Refund = (4,500 / 5,000) × ₦30,000 = ₦27,000.
Refunds are returned to the original Paystack payment method within 5–10 business days.
Top-Up Refunds
Top-up purchases (₦1,000 / ₦3,000 / ₦8,000 bundles) are refundable only if no units from that top-up have been consumed. Once any unit is used, the top-up is non-refundable.
Trial Period
The 14-day free trial involves no payment. There is nothing to refund.
Account Closure
Deleting your Kalku account does not trigger a refund for unused annual units or unexpired top-ups. If you wish to request a refund before deleting, do so before initiating account deletion.
Anti-Abuse Policy
Accounts with 3 or more refund requests within any rolling 12-month period will be flagged for manual review. Further refunds may be withheld pending review. This policy exists to protect against refund fraud while preserving goodwill for genuine cases.

- •Email: hello@kalku.ai with subject line "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
- •WhatsApp / Telegram: message Kalku directly and say "I want a refund"
We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days of receipt.
